refund policy

A full refund is issued only if a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the reserved date and time.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, your deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the reserved date and time are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations can be made by phone or email.

Refunds are issued only through the original method of payment.

To process a refund, we require confirmation of either the phone number used at the time of booking or the payment ID as per bank records.

Refunds will take a minimum of 4–7 business days, or longer if required by your bank’s processing timelines.
