cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made by phone or email.

A full refund will only be processed if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the reserved date and time (please see our Refund Policy for details on processing).

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, your deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the reserved date and time are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled with refund eligibility.

For groups of 6 or more, the deposit of ₹700 per person is required to secure the booking, and the same conditions apply regarding cancellations and refunds.
